We have had challenges with losing some strong Whiz Bang funding due to declining Pull Tab sales for the Lions and the loss of the Robbinsdale Jaycees support since they have recently dissolved. Those were two significant sources of revenue that supported Whiz Bang Days. We ask that you care enough about the community to pitch in to help make up the difference so we can continue to keep the tradition of Whiz Bang going for the families in the area that support our businesses.
This is the 60 Year Anniversary of Whiz Bang Days!
The health of all of our businesses depends on the community that we are housed in.Please consider giving an Extra Contribution to the general fund of $100 or whatever you can to support the tradition of Whiz Bang that provides fun family memories for the young children that will be the future leaders of our community.
Contributions to the general fund support the Outstanding Parade, Spectacular Fireworks and Block Party that Robbinsdale has been famous for – for years! You may want to choose to sponsor a Miss Robbinsdale Candidate ($225) or Junior Ambassador Candidate ($125)
It is important that we have your business name in the flyer as a supporter!
Submit your information and payment by April 25 (the date has been extended from the 14th to the 25) if you plan to run an ad in the Clipper ($99) or Coronation Program ($30). If you have any events that you want to have listed in the Schedule of Events, they must be postmarked by April 25 as well to guarantee acknowledgement in 2008 Whiz Bang Publicity.
