There are now three easy way to apply to the Whiz Bang Days Ambassador Program.

Senior Ambassadors

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be at least 15 years old, but no older than 22 years as of July 1, 2011.
- Must be a Legal Resident of the United States.
- Candidate may never have been married.
- Candidate may not be pregnant, nor have or had any children.
- Candidate agrees that if selected as an Ambassador, that they will not marry nor get pregnant during their reign.
- Never represented another city or organization in the capacity of an Ambassador within the last 6 years.
- Must be available for all scheduled Whiz Bang activities if selected as an Ambassador.
- Must submit a recent photo of self, copy of birth certificate and completed application form.
- Since January 1, 2011 must:
- a. Reside in Independent School District # 281, or
- b. Applicant or Parent/Guardian is currently working or volunteering for a business in Independent School District #281.
- c. Parent/Guardian is a volunteer for the Whiz Bang Days festival for 1 year prior to the application.
- The Candidate agrees to participate in all Ambassador Candidate Program activities until the completion of Robbinsdale Whiz Bang Days festival.
- Parents/Guardians MUST be available at candidate events and to assist with appearances throughout the year if selected as an Ambassador for Robbinsdale Whiz Bang Days.
Junior Ambassadors

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be entering Kindergarten, 1st or 2nd grade for the 2011-2012 school year.
- Candidate is a legal permanent resident.
- Never have represented a city or organization in the capacity of Junior Ambassador.
- Must submit a recent photo of self, copy of birth certificate, and completed application form.
- Since January 1, 2011 must:
- a. Be attending a Robbinsdale District 281 School, or
- b. Parent/Guardian live in or work in the Robbinsdale School District 281 area, or
- c. Parent/Guardian is a volunteer for Robbinsdale Whiz Bang Days for 1 year prior to application.
- Must agree to participate in ALL scheduled events for the Junior Ambassador Candidate Program. A complete list of events will be given at the Orientation meeting.
- Must have Parents/Guardians available to assist with appearances throughout the year if selected as a Robbinsdale Whiz Bang Days Junior Ambassador.
- Must be available to attend all scheduled Whiz Bang activities through July 2012, if selected as an Ambassador.
